Responsibilities

Conduct company, industry and market research to identify potential business opportunities and support ECM/DCM transactions.

• Perform financial analysis, including financial statement analysis, valuation, capital structure, funding requirements and credit analysis.

• Develop an understanding of clients' businesses, industry dynamics, key business drivers, competitive landscape and key risks.

• Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, comparable company/transaction analyses and other analyses required for transactions.

• Prepare pitch books, marketing materials, management presentations and other transaction-related materials.

• Support the execution of ECM transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings and other equity capital raising transactions.

• Support the execution of DCM transactions, including bond and debenture offerings and other debt financing transactions.

• Prepare and review filing documents, information memoranda, offering documents and other transaction-related documents in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Develop knowledge of SEC/SET regulations, accounting principles and other legal or regulatory requirements relevant to assigned transactions.

• Proactively research industry-specific, accounting, legal and regulatory matters relevant to clients and transactions.

• Conduct KYC/CDD and support due diligence on issuers, directors and management.

• Coordinate with clients, internal teams and external parties, including SEC, SET, ThaiBMA, legal counsel, auditors and rating agencies, as applicable.

• Review work carefully for accuracy, consistency and completeness, and deliver assigned work within required timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome. Relevant internship or work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, audit, consulting or related fields would be an advantage.

• Good understanding of financial statements, accounting principles and corporate finance fundamentals.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze financial information and prepare professional presentation materials.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

• Proactive, curious and willing to independently research unfamiliar businesses, industries, accounting issues and regulatory requirements.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions, express views and discuss issues constructively with team members.

• High level of ownership, accountability and willingness to learn.

• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
