About the role
As a Content Planner, you will be responsible for crafting and organizing creative content strategies that resonate with our brand's vision and effectively engage our target audience.
Responsibilities
- Plan the Content Calendar to align with the marketing and promotion plans.
- Think of content concepts, themes, and tones that are relevant to the target audience on each platform
- Direct and create content including images, videos, and infographics to communicate clearly and stimulate sales
- Create Call-to-Actions that connect to sales channels such as shopping carts or E-commerce
- Analyze the results of the content and continuously improve the strategy
- Coordinate with the graphic team, sales team, and advertising team to move in the same direction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Digital Media or related fields
- Have at least 1-3 years of experience working in Content Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing
- Understand online consumer behavior, beauty/health trends and Conversion Marketing
- Have a portfolio of real content for consideration
- Creative, good at analyzing, working systematically and communicating well with the team
- Love beauty or have a special interest in lifestyle products
