About the role

As a Content Planner, you will be responsible for crafting and organizing creative content strategies that resonate with our brand's vision and effectively engage our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan the Content Calendar to align with the marketing and promotion plans.
  • Think of content concepts, themes, and tones that are relevant to the target audience on each platform
  • Direct and create content including images, videos, and infographics to communicate clearly and stimulate sales
  • Create Call-to-Actions that connect to sales channels such as shopping carts or E-commerce
  • Analyze the results of the content and continuously improve the strategy
  • Coordinate with the graphic team, sales team, and advertising team to move in the same direction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Digital Media or related fields
  • Have at least 1-3 years of experience working in Content Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing
  • Understand online consumer behavior, beauty/health trends and Conversion Marketing
  • Have a portfolio of real content for consideration
  • Creative, good at analyzing, working systematically and communicating well with the team
  • Love beauty or have a special interest in lifestyle products
