Job Description

Accountabilities :

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their departments and the requirements and expectations of the role they are looking to fill.
• Exploring and performing Primary Recruiter role on HRIS Workday Recruiting module.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process to meet business direction and strategies in responsible function
• Prepare report in responsible function to monitor recruitment performance and ensure recruitment progress is on track
• Drive initiatives to optimize the current talent acquisition processes.
• Act as an ambassador to enhance Lyreco branding through recruitment practices and networking
• Being a key part of our People and Culture department and recruiting team, raising ideas, improving current processes and perform other related duties as assigned and implementation of projects as planned

Qualifications :

• At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Highly effective oral and written communication skills (English and Thai).
• Experience in using HRIS for recruitment e.g. SuccessFactors or Workday
• Be able to work in a multi-disciplinary, multi-national environment
• Ability to understand business strategies and develop modern recruitment solutions such as video, assessment centers and online recruiting, which will meet present and future needs.
