Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced finance professional who combines a strong Big Four audit foundation with hands-on experience in corporate business analysis, FP&A or commercial finance.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, with exposure to the Managing Director and senior leaders across the region, you will act as a finance business partner who turns financial information into commercial insights, constructively challenges business assumptions and supports informed decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis.

• Partner with the Thailand Senior Management Team to shape and execute strategies that drive growth, profitability and effective cash management.

• Lead monthly business performance reviews and clearly communicate financial results, key performance indicators, risks and opportunities to local management and Head Office.

• Analyse financial and operational performance, identify underlying business drivers and translate findings into practical recommendations.

• Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analyses to support commercial and strategic decisions.

• Constructively challenge assumptions and work with business leaders to improve performance, processes and financial discipline.

• Contribute your financial expertise to key local and international projects.

• Continuously improve management reporting, analytical tools and ways of working.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, including both:

• Audit experience with a Big Four firm; and

• At least 2–3 years of subsequent corporate experience in Business Analysis, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Controlling or a closely related role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, financial analysis, management reporting and business-performance management.

• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting.

• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to look beyond the numbers to understand business performance.

• Confidence in working with, influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders.

• Clear and professional communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English, including the ability to communicate financial insights to regional and Head Office stakeholders.

• A proactive, mature and hands-on approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership with limited supervision.

• Knowledge of Power BI and SAP would be an advantage.
