A Day in the Life
As a Social Manager at L'OrÃĐal, you will be a key storyteller, responsible for building and amplifying our brands' presence across the dynamic social media landscape.   • Advocacy & Influence: Identify, build relationships with, and manage collaborations with key influencers and advocates to amplify brand messages and drive credibility.
  • Performance & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, demonstrate ROI, and inform future strategies.

You excel at building relationships and can seamlessly manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Expertise in managing various social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
