ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

1. Partner with business and commercial teams to evaluate business opportunities and review performance of selected BAU business units or projects relating to organic growth, identifying strategic and operational improvement opportunities
2. For partnerships and M&A: drive new business opportunities by leading financial modeling, business viability study, financial due diligence and valuation analysis
3. Monitor key financial and business performance indicators and deliver timely reports to senior leadership.
4. Conduct financial analysis and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and translate financial objectives into actionable deliverables for operational execution.
6. Develop financial dashboards and insights that highlight business performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
7. Identify key risks and mitigation plan, and translate the plan into actions for execution
8. Ensure effective budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of commercial project performance.
9. Liaise with external advisors, investors, or partners during due diligence processes and negotiations
10. Support management and commercial teams to execute inorganic and organic projects and implement partnership and M&A transactions.

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, commercial finance; experience in corporate strategy or investment banking is a plus
3. Strong expertise in financial modeling, business case analysis, and valuation, with ability to work independently
4. Prior experience in M&A, investment analysis, or new business development in professional services or in relevant industries (for example, in consumer goods or industrial products and services)
5. Solid understanding of business performance metrics and financial KPIs
6. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) proficiency is a plus
7. Strong communication, both verbally and in writing and stakeholder management skills
