Key Role and Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships with M&E design consultants to identify and secure sales opportunities in new projects

• Provide technical consultation and communicate system engineering principles, including relevant materials, to clients

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Product Development, Marketing, and Partner Organizations (CBM) to ensure a smooth new product launch process

• Collaborate with internal engineering, sales, and project teams to ensure smooth product delivery and provide technical troubleshooting post-installation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related engineering field.

• Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies

• Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550 or higher)

• 3–5+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Specification Engineering, or Business Development in the M&E / Construction industry

• Deep understanding of M&E building systems, engineering standards and material properties

• Proven track record in specification building and managing relationships with M&E design consultants and engineering firms

• Strong consultative selling, technical presentation, and negotiation skills

• Good communication and analytical skills
