Responsibilities

• Manage and support dealers to achieve their sales targets
• Create and implement strategic marketing plan through the market analysis
• Monitor / follow up / coordinate with dealers for the improvement of both Hardware & Software
• Monitor and coordinate with dealers to be in line with the company's policy and dealer agreement

Qualifications

• 0-3 years experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Good command of spoken and written English with TOEIC score at least 500 or equivalent
• Independent mangement: Well planned with good execution, responsible on assigned work and finish them within deadlines
• Eager to learn new things: Well rounded and seek for more knowledges in the topic that related to jobs such as digital marketing especially 'Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads
• Good negotiation skills: Be able to communicate, coordinate with dealers and other departments
• Team player: Voluntarily willing to help team and do whatever it takes to help achieve team's goals
• Other Skills: Good command of English in both speaking and writing, have strong analytical and logical skills, Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, able to work under pressure and Able to go upcountry
