Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support and manage permit, license, and regulatory approval processes, including document preparation, submission, tracking, and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate with government agencies, regulators, state-owned enterprises, and other external stakeholders to support business operations.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and government policies that may impact project implementation.
• Serve as a focal point between internal functions and external authorities to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
• Support negotiations, discussions, and relationship management with government authorities and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to permits, regulatory matters, and project activities.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Political Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3-4 years of experience coordinating permits and licensing with government agencies.
• Experience in Power generation or Data Center would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of permitting, compliance, and government administrative procedures.
• Coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving skills, negotiation, and systematic thinking.
• Good personality, energetic, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to travel/ work upcountry.
• Good command in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
