Responsibilities:

Land Management

• Monitor and expedite project land activities to ensure completion in accordance with the established schedule.

• Provide recommendations on land acquisition and leasing, considering technical constraints, legal requirements, and landowners’ needs.

• Analyze land-related issues and propose practical solutions to resolve obstacles and minimize project impacts.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external parties to ensure efficient execution of land-related activities.

Complaint Prevention & Resolution

• Recommend preventive measures and monitor the resolution of project-related complaints during the construction phase.

• Coordinate with relevant departments, government agencies, local authorities, communities, and other stakeholders to address and resolve complaints effectively.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Political Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong negotiation and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.

• Willing and able to travel and work in upcountry/project locations as required.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum TOEIC score 750 is required).
