Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap in responsible areas with a bias toward speed, strategic clarity, and business impact. Work closely with product leaders and C-level executives.
- Think beyond best practices—design imaginative solutions that truly resonate with user needs and stand out in the market. Shape the user experience with a strong sense of design and detail.
- Ensure the product direction is well understood and embraced by all stakeholders, driving coordinated efforts across teams.
- Turn ambiguity into actionable plans. Simplify complexity and bring sharp focus to what matters.
- Partner closely with Engineering to ensure clear, detailed, and execution-ready product inputs.
- Identify opportunities, test quickly, and scale what works.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and iterate based on insights.
- Design experiments to inform product decisions.
- Act as a change agent by driving continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in product management with a proven track record in fast-paced, product-centric environments (startups, scale-ups, or marketplaces).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, high-velocity products.
- Exceptional ability to distill complexity into clear priorities and execute with precision.
- Strong communication skills; able to translate complex ideas into engaging messages that capture the core objective, build understanding, and foster alignment.
- Strong design sense and product taste. Able to recognize what makes a product polished, intuitive, delightful, and high-quality, and elevate the bar across UX and UI through product decisions.
- Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills. Able to see the big picture and know how to get there.
- Proven ability to leverage analytics and research to inform and influence decision-making.
- Eager to dive in, embrace change, and move fast with a hands-on mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in product metrics, experimentation, and business modeling.
- Domain expertise in user-facing products, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms is a plus.
