Lead Designer & Art Director

Bangkok, Thailand (Full-time)

• Lead a team of 4–5 talented junior to mid-level designers.
• Ensure all design work is visually outstanding and effective.
• Proactively identify design challenges and offer smart solutions.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices.

• Coach team members to improve their design skills and thinking
• Match designers with projects that suit their strengths
• Run purposeful (and fun!) creative team meetings
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and inspiring team culture

• Manage the team’s workload to maintain balance and avoid burnout.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Balance big creative ideas with business objectives.

• Tool-Savvy – Whether it’s Illustrator, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro, you’ve got it covered like a pro.

• Degree in Design, with a portfolio that genuinely impresses.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
