Hybrid work: 3 days in office (Rama 3, free Bus to BTS)

Location : Krungsri RAMA3 Head Office

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and robust Java-based applications.
• Build and mentor team to write clean, efficient, and well-documented Java code following best practices and object-oriented programming principles.
• Collaborate with Agile team to design, develop, test, and maintain applications and services in accordance with established standards.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Ensure code quality, application stability and performance.
• Debug and troubleshoot applications to identify and resolve technical issues and optimize performance.
• Prepare and update documentation, including reports or manuals to support business and technical operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through code reviews, refactoring, and optimization.
• Effectively multi-task handling under pressure with the good quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years in software development, system analysis and design.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Experience with Java Spring frameworks.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and SQL.
• Familiarity with Linux operating system and shell script.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skill.
