Roles and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate well with many projects managers/development teams/vendors in each project at the same time.

· Technical Perception – IT PM possess a high level of technical perception and understanding that includes systems integration and detail design.

· Analytical Assessment – This role requires a high level of understanding since IT PM need to orchestrate different teams and determine overall project needs and scope

· Schedule Management – Need extensive time management skills to determine development schedules and milestones and ensure that deliverables are completed on time

· Team Leadership – Capability of Project governance to oversee and direct development throughout the project development lifecycle, experience with team leadership and motivation is essential

· Communication – Expert in communicating with internal team members, external teams, and other vendors. Also, this role must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Problem-Solving – Need to be excellent problem-solvers, able to quickly change direction based on updated specifications or system limitations

· Collaborate with both traditional and Agile teams – understand new way of work, Agile methodology and understand how to work with other traditional teams as well as handling traditional SDLC project processes.

· Full Application Life Cycle experience – Full exposure and hands-on experience in architecture, detail design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

· Able to define the flow of data between the applications that must be integrated and map business process activities to the applications that support them.

· Provide guidance and assistance to Business, Development, Automated test, SIT, and UAT teams regarding integration functionality & technology.

· Collaborate the activities of development, quality assurance, and support teams and ensure adherence to standards and continuous improvement.

· Identify the impact to business and IT from development and testing point of view and able to propose the proper solution.

· Able to provide consultation in the innovation initiatives related to API development.

· Promote, direct, and govern API based on our Krungsri API standards and ensure that all exposed APIs within the bank are upto the defined standards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• 5 years of working experience of solid, demonstrable experience in IT Project management API project management is an advantage\
• 5 years of working experience of solid, demonstrable experience in IT Project management of a large scale project, API project management is an advantage.
• 1-3 years of experience in management level
• Systems thinking - the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking)

• Schedule Management – Need extensive time management skills to determine development schedules and milestones and ensure that deliverables are completed on time
• Team Leadership – Capability of Project governance to oversee and direct development throughout the project development lifecycle, experience with team leadership and motivation is essential.
• Ability to lead a team to work closely and alongside vendor’s teams to deliver as required as well as transfer knowledge and gain required skills from vendor.
• Communication – Expert in communicating with internal team members, external teams, and other vendors. Also, this role must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-Solving – Need to be excellent problem-solvers, able to quickly change direction based on updated client specifications or system limitations
• Root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand
