Job Description/Responsibilities:

· Co-ordinate and collaborate within Krungsri and Subsidiaries (e.g. KSC, KSAM, KSS and Auto) to develop and launch acquisition/referral programs under strategy direction ‘One Retail’.

· Develop and implement acquisition program to drive new HNW customers.

· Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities and implement upsell/cross-sell campaign through existing Krungsri customer bases to grow HNW clients and AUM.

· Prepare and execute communication/marketing collaterals both internal and external parties prior to campaign launch.

· Track and analyze campaign performance and update report on weekly basis to support management on performance tracking, collaboration or campaign progress.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Banking, and Finance or related fields.

· 2-3 years, with 1-2 years of experience in Banking business

· 2-3 years of experience in Product Management or Marketing

· Knowledge in Banking products / process and regulations and Customer management background

· Skills in Project management

· Proactive and Self-motivated

· Responsible and strong Integrity

· Good interpersonal skill

· Analytical & strategic thinking

· Customer service mindset
