Overview

As [SVP/VP] in ASEAN Business Group, a role designed for high-potential talents ready to evolve into influential regional leadership within a global network. Moving beyond traditional banking, you will drive the expansion of our ASEAN retail and consumer finance franchises by enhancing synergy collaboration between Krungsri business units and multicultural ASEAN subsidiaries. You will be responsible for scaling business performance through planning, market insights, and strategic initiative execution. This opportunity is ideally suited for accomplished professionals with over 10 years of experience in consumer finance, retail banking, or related sector who possess transferable skills. Successful candidates will have the chance to make a significant impact on dynamic international portfolio and advance towards prominent regional leadership roles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze business performance of assigned entities, identify area of improvement to ensure achievement of business performance and targets
• Work in collaboration with oversea subsidiaries and Krungsri business units to manage and execute strategic initiatives/projects
• Engage in annual strategic planning with ASEAN subsidiaries based on market insights and business acumen
• Develop executive management reports providing insights of market and business performance
• Facilitate and support ASEAN new product introduction through efficient governance framework to enable growth expansion

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, sales and marketing or related field
• At least 10 years in banking or related field and in also in management level
• Possess core experience in at least one of the following areas:

- Consumer Finance in areas such as front-end roles, financial analysis, and initiative driving

- Product development/management in banking or un-secured/consumer finance e.g. personal loan, sales finance, or credit card.

Ø Management consulting with strategy development and project management expertise

• Willing to learn new areas and travel to ASEAN countries
• Good combination of analytical and execution skills with cross functional teams; more weights on execution caliber
• Able to travel aboard to meet Krungsri foreign subsidiaries or business partners
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Goal oriented with can-do attitude.
