Job Summary

Drive business opportunities for all products, services, and channels, including Mobile, Online, TVS, IoT, and others. This involves expanding both the existing customer base and attracting new customers through various channels such as direct sales, wholesales, partners, retail, and other segments. Additionally, a key responsibility is to ensure and enhance service and network quality, aiming to provide exceptional customer experiences within the assigned area of responsibility.

Job Responsibilities*

• Drive and manage all dimensions of business performance in responsible Province/Zone to deliver target and KPI: Top line to bottom line KPI as a mini CEO.

• Drive business opportunity of all products, Services, and Channels (Mobile, Online, TVS, IOT, others) for both existing customers and new customer expansion through all channels such as direct sales, Wholesales, partner, retail and segments.

• Maintain and Ensure customer experience

• Network quality/Roll out

• Product Interface journey

• Touch point journey (Marketing material and visibility)

• Manage Partner relationship

• Business Partner/Distributor

• Investor (FOFO)

• Synergy Partner (7-11/Lotus/Makro)

• Direct sale Partner

• Local influencer Partner

Qualifications

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any fields

Experience

• Experience At least 5+ years of working experiences (experience in commercial field is preferable)
