About our group:

The Drive Equipment Test Engineering (DTE) responsible for:

• Deliver high-quality drive test equipment support drive manufacturing with flexibility, efficiency & continuous improvement.
• Setup/installation/relocation/upgrade/conversion the drive test equipment for both mass production & reliability test per tester requirement plan from IE & QA team.
• Preventive maintenance to ensure drive test equipment is in good quality, efficiency & performance.
• Work closely with Product Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineer, Facility Engineer, and Design Center by using engineering knowledge and multiple skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and solution to overcome day to day issue and develop long term solution to permanent fix issue.

About the role - you will:

• Collaborative work with design center & IE team on the hardware, software roadmap, budget plan and lead to qualify and implement.
• Lead collaborative work with related teams to investigate test equipment-related problems to find corrective action, preventive solutions, and follow-up on implementation.
• Lead team to configure tester support products per requirement and to do the design of experiments to support special evaluation.
• Develop test equipment system monitoring dashboard by using Python and web programming language.
• Develop and maintain standard work procedures for the test equipment team.
• Initiate & develop new tools and/or techniques to improve equipment maintenance key matrix such as uptime, slot availability, OEE, quality-related, BCP, HPU, spare part cost, power saving.

• Automation system, robotic & sensors knowledge
• Computer programing (Python, web programming language, and MySQL database).

• Data analysis and problem-solving
