Optimize the Test process focusing on productivity improvements to cycle time and yield Debug of solutions provided by external vendors or customers based on training supplied Assist with test optimization based on feedback from customers and operations partners based on a solid unstinting of the test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, firmware/diagnostics and user experience. Maintain with minimal supervision, the continuing performance of the Testers and participate in the OEE improvement plans, yield and test time optimization.
