Warehouse Officer

Job Description

Location: Laem Chabang, Chonburi

Job Summary

• Responsible for warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and material issuance to support production activities while ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials, electronic components, and supplies against purchase orders and delivery documents.

• Store materials in designated locations following warehouse procedures and inventory control requirements.

• Issue materials to production according to production schedules and material requisitions.

• Maintain accurate inventory transactions in ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.

• Apply FIFO and FEFO principles where applicable.

• Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation, reports, and records.

• Coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, Production, and Logistics teams regarding material availability and movement.

• Support continuous improvement, 5S, and warehouse efficiency initiatives.

• Comply with company quality, safety, ESD, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5-10 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or EMS industry is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Basic to intermediate English communication skills.

Preferred

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, Cycle Count, and Material Control processes.

• Experience working in ISO-certified manufacturing environments.
