Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Head Quarter in Bangkok in order to assure that overall of HR policy, company work rules and regulations compliance are properly implement.
• Support employees on HR disciplines including performance management, development plan and IDP, general HR requirement, coaching and counseling, activity, and etc.
• Plan and organize positive environment and employee engagement.
• Be HR consultant for any HR concern topics or issues and provide proper solutions or suggestions.

Qualifications

• Thai nationality only, aged 35-45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in HR or any related fields
• Minimum 8 years of plant HR experience with 5 years in a managerial roles
• Well understanding of manufacturing/plant working environment
• Experience in full spectrum of HR functions; recruitment, organizational planning, employee development and training, employee relations
• Familiar with Competency, KPIs, Skill Levels, Safety, 5S, QCC, ISO, and etc.
• Good knowledge and awareness of labor laws and practices (Labor Protection Acts, Social Security Acts, Labor Relations Acts), and Safety and Health regulations
• Strong strategic planning, business analytics, engagement, proactive, and driving to result
• Good command of English and computer literacy
• Please noted that this is a medium size factory of approximately 300 employees
• 6 day work week, Based at Bangkruai (Nonthaburi) factory
