Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute integrated business & sustainability plan, process and related budget with feasibility, align with organization’s strategy
2. Strategic engagement with the sustainability ecosystem, including partnerships Co-develop targets and roadmaps on reduction of GHG emissions, energy usage and waste with business segments
3. Participate in sustainability-related association/forum where the company is registered and meeting to share best practice and keeps up to date with current global sustainable development networks and trends
4. Leads the development, implementation and evaluation of assigned programmes/projects on Environmental, social and governance (ESG tools - CDP, GRI ,THIS ,SBTi ) issues
5. Leads a range of policy-relevant analyses in relation to the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 4,5,6,7,8,9,12,13,17) including to analyses economic , social, energy and environmental interlinkages with other
6. Sustainable Development Goals, to identify emerging risk issues/opportunities including those related to climate change, science, technology and innovation, and to prepare policy recommendations.
7. Created and link internal and external sustainability initiatives into one holistic sustainability approach resulting in economic ,environment and societal benefits.
8. Supporting technical leadership with equipment and program concepts that drive incremental revenue and cost mitigation in recycling and waste material management
9. Work with Board of Directors (BOD),CFO COO and all departments in developing/adjusting the Group sustainable development policy, roadmap, initiatives & targets which fit to our company for enhancing business sustainability and reputation
10. Provide consultation & support to all functions/BU/Stakeholders in developing & implementing their sustainable development projects/initiatives that aligned with the Group sustainable development policy & roadmap
11. Monitor & evaluate the Group sustainable development performance and provide update to top management & key stakeholders on regular basis (monthly)

Requirements

• 3-5 Years’ of work experience with good knowledge on Environmental or Sustainable Development concept, CSR, Carbon Footprint of Product (CFP),Carbon Footprint of Organization (CFO),Water footprint (WFP),Circular economy (CE),Zero waste to landfill, SROI etc.
• Great knowledge of Corporate, Social and Environmental governance
• Comprehensive understanding of Carbon legislation and climate change policies
• Logical and creative thinking problem solving
• Degree in sustainable development, engineering , sciences or related field is required.
• Must be fluent in English
• TOEIC 900+
