• Develops knowledge and understanding of technologies in LSEG and utilises these in own scope of work, with others as well as to create solutions.
• Design, Implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure and deployment pipeline.
• Develops a reusable CI/CD framework that empowers Development teams to accelerate development and reduce reliance on DevSecOps team.
• Integrates security standards, monitoring, and alerting capabilities into the CI/CD framework to ensure robust and compliant operations.
• Collaborates closely with Development teams and the Centralized DevSecOps team to ensure alignment with established practices and fulfillment of all requirements.
• Builds strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders through close collaboration. Communicates clearly and consistently to ensure shared understanding of information and tasks, proactively asking questions when clarification is needed.
• Required Qualifications & Experience: Professional qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar.
• Experience developing infrastructure as code (IaC) pipelines using Terraform.
• Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid grasp of DevSecOps principles with the ability to apply them effectively across assigned work.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Desired Experience: Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language.
• Hands-on experience integrating with DevSecOps tools such as Datadog, BigPanda, Semgrep, and Black Duck.
• Relevant certifications are a plus, including: Microsoft Azure Certification.
• AWS Certification.
• DevSecOps-related certifications (e.g., DevSecOps Foundation, Certified DevSecOps Professional).
