Your Role, Your Impact

• Lead RAMS activities across complex rail projects, ensuring compliance with EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129 standards.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to integrate safety and reliability into every design phase.

• Develop and maintain reliability models, fault tree analyses, and hazard logs to ensure system robustness.

• Drive innovation in safety assurance processes through digital tools and predictive analytics.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across multidisciplinary teams.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in RAMS methodologies such as FMEA, FTA, and RBD modeling.

• Experience with safety management systems and standards like IEC 61508 or CENELEC.

• Ability to lead cross-functional reviews and ensure traceability of safety requirements.

• Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in reliability prediction tools (e.g., Reliasoft, Isograph).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align technical and operational goals.
