• Co-ordinate with the engineers, training supervisors, Production supervisors, and other concerns to review and update the training materials for specific processes and stations.
• Conduct training and evaluation to certify/recertify employees.
• Perform on-the-job training for employees and ensure they are qualified for their jobs.

• จัดทำงบประมาณในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานภาคสนาม อาทิ น้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง ยางรถบรรทุก การซ่อมบำรุงยานพาหนะ การซ่อมบำรุงสถานที่การฝึกอบรมปฎิบัติ อุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนฯลฯ เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชาพิจารณา.
• มีส่วนร่วมจัดทำและปรับปรุงเนื้อหาหลักสูตรการขับขี่รถ รถบรรทุก รถฟอร์คลิฟท์ทุกประเภท รถจักรยานยนต์ ตลอดจนการกำหนดบททดสอบทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและปฎิบัติ.
• วางแผนจัดตารางการเรียนการสอนให้กับกลุ่มครูผู้ฝึกสอน การศึกษาวิเคราะห์กลุ่มผู้เรียน เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาใช้ในการวางแผน การจัดการเรียนรู้ ต่อผู้รับการฝึกสอนการกำหนดจำนวนรุ่นใน ...
• ประเมินและวิเคราะห์ผลการเรียนการสอนกับกลุ่มผู้รับการฝึกสอน เพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไข ตลอดจนการซ่อมเสริมหรืออาจถึงขั้นปรับแผนการเรียนการสอน เพื่อให้ผู้รับการฝึกสอนเป็นนักขับที่ดีและมีประสิทธิภาพ.
• จัดและจำแนกกลุ่มผู้รับการฝึกสอนในเรื่องการตรวจวัดสมรรถภาพ แบ่งกลุ่มผู้ที่มีผ่านการตรวจ หรือผู้ที่พบความผิดปกติในแต่ละประเภทผลตรวจเพื่อสรุปนำเสนอหัวหน้าทีมลำดับต่อไป.
• ตรวจสอบผลการรายงานสรุปผลการเรียนการสอนประจำสัปดาห์และประจำเดือนจากทีมงานครูผู้ฝึกสอน รวมถึงการส่งผลทดสอบและสรุปผลการเรียนการสอนให้ฝ่ายทะเบียนเพื่อบันทึกและติดตามผลต่อไป.
• รวบรวมสรุปรายงานผลการเรียนการสอนประจำเดือนเพื่อนำเสนอเป็นรายงานผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มครูผู้ฝึกสอน.
• จบการศึกษาประถมศึกษา,มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย, ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นต้นและชั้นสูง จนถึง อุดมศึกษา.
• ปฎิบัติการด้านขนส่งหรือมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในงานขนส่ง การขับขี่ปลอดภัยและประหยัดน้ำมันไม่ต่ำกว่า 10-15 ปี.
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเนื้อหาหลักสูตรการขับขี่อย่างปลอดภัยและประหยัด.
• มีความรู้และทักษะการขับขี่รถทุกประเภทตั้งแต่รถเล็กจนกระทั่งรถบรรทุกขนาดใหญ่.
• มีพื้นฐานด้านการบำรุงรักษาเบื้องต้นและการทำงานของเครื่องยนต์กลไกระดับหนึ่ง.
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง การบริหารทีมและการโน้มน้าวให้เกิดความร่วมมือ.
• มีทัศนคติในเชิงบวก.
• ความรู้ความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงได้.
• มีความรู้ในพรบ.ขนส่งฯและกฎกระทรวง ตลอดจน พรบ.คุ้มครองแรงงาน.
• มีทักษะในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงาน ความสามารถในการสอนงาน(Coaching) ได้อย่างดี.
