• ประสานงานผู้เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกเพื่อพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีการผลิต แก้ปัญหาการผลิตรวมถึงศึกษาพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆในการผลิตเพื่อลดต้นทุน เพิ่ม automation.
• จัดทำและนำเสนอแผนงาน รายงาน และ อัพเดทแผนงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
• แก้ปัญหาและให้คำแนะนำด้านเทคนิคการแก้ปัญหากับหัวหน้างาน และพนักงานผลิตรวมทั้งหน่วยงานใกล้เคียง.
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อติดตามการวิเคราะห์ และ แก้ปัญหา ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์.
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานผลิต ให้มีการกำหนดมาตราฐานการผลิต (process control) เพื่อควบคุมคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์.
• งานนโยบายและแผนงานประจำปี ได้แก่ ดำเนินการและติดตามผลดำเนินงานตามแผนงานประจำปี, ประสานงานในการจัดทำ และ ติดตามนโยบาย และแผนงานประจำปีของโรงงาน,.
• ประสานงานในการจัดทำและดูระบบบริหาร SFCG, ประสานงาน / รวบรวมข้อมูลจากทุกหน่วยงานในโรงงาน เพื่อเตรียมสำหรับการติดตามการบริหารนโยบายโดย กจก. (Diagnosis).
• งานวางแผนผลิต ได้แก่ประสานงานด้านข้อมูลแผนการเดินเครื่องจักร ระหว่างโรงงาน และ หน่วยงานวางแผน, วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิต เพื่อปรับปรุงแผนการเดินเครื่องจักร, ประสานงานให้มีการปรับปรุงแก้ไขแผนการผลิตให้เป็นไปอย่างเหมาะสม.
• งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
• ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่.
• จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า(EE) G.P.A. > 2.70.
• มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในเกณฑ์ดี (TOEIC > 550).
• สามารถใช้ข้อมูลจาก database หรือต่อยอดเพื่อ monitor รายงาน alert ให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อควบคุมต้นทุนการผลิต เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต.
• สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาด้วยเทคนิคต่าง ๆ เพื่อหา Solution แก้ปัญหานั้น ๆ ได้ มี logic ในการคิด วิเคราะห์ แยกแยะ ปัญหาได้ดี.
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office, Minitab และ Power BI ได้.
• มีทักษะในการเขียนโปรแกรมทางคอมพิวเตอร์ อาทิเช่น SQL เป็นต้น.
• มีภาวะผู้นำที่ดี (Leadership skill) / มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ (Creative).
