• ตรวจ ร่าง ทบทวน นิติกรรม-สัญญา เอกสารทางธุรกิจ ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ (เน้นภาษาอังกฤษ) ให้แก่บริษัทในเครือทั้งหมด รวมถึงการตรวจสอบสัญญาต่างๆที่ร่างโดยบุคคลอื่น พร้อมทั้งแก้ไข อธิบาย หรือให้ความเห็นแก่หน่วยงาน/บริษัทในเครือ เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจในการนำไปหารือ ต่อรองกับคู่สัญญา โดยคำนึงถึงประโยชน์สูงสุดของบริษัท.
• ให้ความเห็น คำปรึกษา ข้อเสนอแนะ และแนวทางในด้านกฎหมายแก่หน่วยงาน/บริษัทในเครือ เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจและสามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้อย่างถูกต้อง และเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด.
• วางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อบริหารความเสี่ยงทางกฎหมาย.
• ให้คำแนะนำในกรณีมีข้อพิพาททางกฎหมาย.
• ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ ติดตาม และ update กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินธุรกิจขององค์กร ที่บังคับใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบัน และกฎหมายที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต.
• ร่วมประชุม และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆภายในและภายนอกองค์กรในประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกฎหมาย.
• เผยแพร่และให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงแก่หน่วยงานภายใน.
• ประสานงานกับที่ปรึกษากฎหมายภายนอก หรือคู่ค้า /คู่สัญญาและหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เช่น เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายความรู้ด้านกฎหมาย.
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี/โท นิติศาสตร์ สาขากฎหมายธุรกิจ หรือ สาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานรวมในด้านกฎหมายขั้นต่ำ 13 ปีขึ้นไป.
• มีประสบการณ์ในการร่าง/ตรวจสอบเอกสารด้านกฎหมายต่างๆ ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษอย่างน้อย 7 ปี.
• มีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดีมาก (ถ้ามีคะแนนภาษาจะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ).
• มีทักษะด้านการเจรจาต่อรอง การสื่อสาร ให้คำปรึกษา และการวิเคราะห์กฎหมาย.
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Financial Law และ M&A จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ และเสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี.

• Identify risk exposures of the company s businesses and activities..
• Provide legal advice covering general corporate and commercial law, including PDPA Laws, to ensure the company s businesses and activities are legally safe and sound and comply with legal requirements.
• Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, including but not limited to commercial contracts in both Thai and English, and other legal documents relating to trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters of group entities.
• Liaise and communicate with external lawyers, advisors, and relevant government departments and regulatory agencies as and when required to ensure the group entities in other countries are following local corporate laws and regulations.
• Review, revise, and provide legal support for the Annual General Meeting and company secretarial works across the entire group of companies..
• Coordinate with the outsource lawyer on litigation cases, disputes, or claims by or against BCPG..
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that, where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
• Coordinate and liaise with external lawyers to obtain legal advice for the company s businesses.
• Monitor, inform, and update the management committee on new laws and regulations.
• Monitor, update, and inform relevant stakeholders regarding the renewal of licenses and permits..
• Minimum bachelor s degree in law, master s degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience as an in-house legal advisor for a multinational company or in a local/international law firm.
• Good academic and career record to date.
• Good analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, proactively, and provide sound business-oriented solutions.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and workload.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
