• Perform functional testing for mobile application and web application.
• Perform failure analysis and report software bug to development team to ensure the best software quality and user experience.
• Design, develop, and execute regression testing.
• Perform performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability.
• Ensure the successful deployment of products into the market.
• The candidate should also have enthusiasm for troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving complex problems, must demonstrate strong problem solving and communication skills, and be prepared to be an expert performance engineering resource on multiple initiatives of diverse scope.
• Work closely with internal and external customers to understand technology requirements for key projects.
• Who are we looking for?.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields.
• 1+ years experience in software testing (knowledge of mobile application testing is preferable).
• Have experience in test automation will be plus.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodology and SDLC.
• Ability to use automation tool such as Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, Cypress.
• Having programming skill is an advantage.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and tight deadlines.
• Good command of English.

• Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases for automated testing.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.
• Implement and maintain test automation infrastructure, frameworks, and tools to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Execute regression tests, functional tests, and performance tests to identify and report defects and ensure product quality.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and drive automation initiatives to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and maintainability of the product codebase.
• Work closely with the QA team to understand manual test scenarios and assist in automating them.
• Monitor automated test results and analyze test metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during testing.
• Stay updated with the latest QA and test automation trends, tools, and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related technical field.
• At least 5 yrs+ experience in QA, Software Quality Assurance or Tester.
• Experience with Automation test frameworks (would be an advantage such as JMeter, Robot framework, Selenium, Etc.).
• Experienced with the E-commerce business is a plus.
• Technical background and an understanding of software testing both website and mobile application.

• Manage and plan Jasberry product production to deliver to the overseas customer on time.
• Analyze and summarize all production steps to improve the operational process.
• Effectively calculate production costs.
• Responsible for the quality assurance and quality control of Jasberry's healthy and delicious organic products from organic rice to other value-added products! Ensure that all processes are of the highest standard conforming to international certifications such as HACCP, GMP, IFS, EU & USDA organic standards, Gluten-free, Non-GMO, Fair-trade, etc.
• Support customers in technical terms of standards, regulations, product specifications, and quality control.
• Excellent planning, critical thinking, analytical skills, learning, and positive attitude.
• Comfortable with numbers and calculations.
