• Full-cycle recruitment: manage job requisitions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management across departments.
• Workforce planning: partner with hiring managers on headcount requests, open-position tracking, and approvals.
• Onboarding: own new-hire documentation, employment contracts, and Day 1 and Week 1 onboarding plans.
• Employer branding: shape job ad content, candidate experience, and recruitment marketing.
• Compensation, Benefits & Payroll.
• Compensation administration: manage salary structures, pay bands, and periodic compensation review cycles.
• Benefits administration: administer health insurance, social security, provident fund, and other benefits.
• Payroll coordination: process monthly payroll inputs and liaise with the payroll provider and Finance team.
• Market benchmarking: gather market pay data to keep AltoTech's compensation competitive.
• HR Operations, Compliance & Employee Relations.
• HRIS and records management: maintain accurate employee records, HRIS/HR MCP data, and organizational charts.
• Statutory compliance: administer social security, provident fund, work permits and visas, and other labor law filings across Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia.
• Employee relations: act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, mediate conflicts, and manage disciplinary and offboarding processes in compliance with policy and law.
• General affairs: oversee office administration, facilities vendors, and employee welfare programs.
• Talent Management & Succession Planning.
• Talent reviews: run structured talent reviews and potential/performance assessments with department leads.
• Individual development plans: guide managers on development conversations and career growth planning.
• Succession planning: identify business-critical roles and build succession pipelines and readiness plans.
• Leadership Development Programs.
• Training needs analysis: assess capability gaps across teams and build a training roadmap.
• Program design: design and curate learning programs, workshops, and e-learning content.
• Leadership development: build leadership and management development programs, coaching, and mentoring structures for people managers.
• Engagement & Culture Development.
• Framework design: design AltoTech's competency framework, career ladders, and performance management methodology.
• Culture and engagement: shape engagement, DEI, and culture-building initiatives across the company.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on learning & development, talent management, or organizational development.
• Skills & Competencies.
• Working knowledge of Thai labor law, compensation and benefits structures, and payroll processes.
• Proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking, and learning management systems.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and instructional design skills.
• Experience with talent review methodologies, competency frameworks, and succession planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
• High attention to detail, discretion, and process rigor in a lean, fast-paced team.
• Fluent in Thai and professional working proficiency in English for regional coordination with Singapore and Malaysia.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business and talent needs into development frameworks.
• Experience with competency frameworks, 9-box talent review methodology, and succession planning tools.
• Strong stakeholder management with department leads and senior leadership.
• Data-informed approach to measuring learning and development impact.
• Fluent English required for regional program design and facilitation.

• Experience in a multi-country or regional technology/AI scale-up.
• Experience building HR programs and processes from the ground up in a small or lean team environment.
• Certification in instructional design, coaching (for example ICF), or talent management.
• Experience building leadership or management academy programs in a scale-up or multinational environment.
