• About The Role.
• As A Account Director, you'll be the senior business partner to a portfolio of Ripples' most important client brands owning the commercial growth, strategic direction, and overall performance of your cluster. You'll lead a multi-level team and orchestrate Ripples' full operating model (IMC, media, livestream, creative, operations, fulfillment) to deliver on every client's business objectives.This is a hybrid leadership role: part senior client strategist, part team builder, part commercial operator. You're the person clients call when the stakes are high and the person the team turns to when the path isn't obvious.

• Monitor sales, campaign performance, traffic, conversion, and marketplace KPIs across the cluster. Translate data into clear growth narratives, risk flags, and optimization plays landed in decision - ready reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Quarterback Ripples' delivery engine IMC, media buying, livestream production, creative, operations, and fulfillment to execute campaigns on - brand, on - time, and on - target. Keep commercial goals and operational execution tightly aligned.
• Resolve client issues, operational challenges, and business escalations with speed and judgment. Provide steady, senior - level guidance that protects client satisfaction and business continuity.
• Stay close to consumer, category, and platform shifts. Bring sharp commercial and strategic POV to internal leadership discussions to inform Ripples' wider growth roadmap.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, e-commerce, digital marketing, marketplace management, or related fields with at least 3 years leading client?facing teams.
• Proven track record managing key accounts and growing revenue in agency, e?commerce, or social commerce environments.
• Deep, hands-on understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada and the broader Thai social commerce ecosystem. Strong commercial mindset you can read a P&L, drive negotiations, and find the next pocket of growth.
• Data-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel / Google Sheets and confident with platform analytics.
• Excellent client communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder management you can hold the room with C-level partners.
• Strong people leadership with a track record of building, coaching, and growing high?performing teams.
• AI fluency is a baseline expectation, not a bonus. You actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, image/video generators, analytics co-pilots, automation tools) to scale output, sharpen decisions, and unlock leverage across your team.
• Strong working-level English to partner with global brand clients and regional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or related fields.
