• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Understand client requirements, business objectives and project briefs.
• Present and recommend suitable event, creative and marketing solutions to clients.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations and quotations based on client requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and conditions with clients to achieve business objectives.
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales process and drive opportunities toward closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations and project requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate contracts, purchase orders and other relevant sales documents.
• Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the relevant project / operation teams.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, quotations and project status.
• Monitor sales targets, pipeline and business performance.
• Stay updated on market trends, client needs and opportunities within the Event, Exhibition and Marketing industry.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Event, Agency or related fields will be an advantage.
• Strong sales mindset with a passion for achieving targets and generating new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into appropriate solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good follow-up and time management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Good command of English will be an advantage.
• Willing to attend client meetings and work on-site when required.

• คิดคอนเซ็ปต์งานและนำเสนอโปรเจ็กต์เพื่อขายงานแก่ลูกค้า.
• วางแผนรูปแบบงาน เช่น งานเปิดตัวสินค้า งานสัมมนา งานปาร์ตี้ และกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย.
• ควบคุมคอนเซ็ปต์งานให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า.
• จัดทำ Presentation Proposal อย่างมืออาชีพ.
• รันคิวงานอีเว้นท์และจัดทำ MC Script.
• ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและทีมงานภายในบริษัท.
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน.
• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป.
• มีประสบการณ์คิดคอนเซ็ปต์งาน Event หรือออกแบบอย่างน้อย 2 ปี.
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และสามารถวางแผนงานอีเว้นท์ได้อย่างน่าสนใจ.
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและถ่ายทอดที่ดีเยี่ยม.
• มีความรู้ด้านงานโฆษณาและออกแบบ.
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office เช่น Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote ได้ดี.
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี.
• ยินดีทำงานล่วงเวลา หรือต่างจังหวัดได้.
• มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานโฆษณาและ Event จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
