• In this role, you will lead the visual direction of integrated campaigns, mentor creative team members, and collaborate closely with Strategy, Account, Content, and Production teams to deliver high-impact creative solutions. You should be equally comfortable developing big campaign ideas, crafting compelling visual concepts, and ensuring exceptional execution from concept to final delivery.
• Lead the visual direction and creative execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, branding, content, and offline channels.
• Develop compelling creative concepts, key visuals, campaign identities, and brand experiences that align with client objectives and business goals.
• Translate strategic insights into impactful visual communication and innovative campaign ideas.
• Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Strategic Planners, Account Managers, Designers, and Production teams throughout the creative process.
• Present creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, clearly communicating the rationale behind each idea.
• Provide creative leadership, guidance, and constructive feedback to designers while maintaining high creative standards.
• Oversee projects from concept development through production, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Stay ahead of design trends, social media culture, AI creative tools, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
• Participate in pitches, brainstorming sessions, and new business opportunities with fresh and strategic creative thinking.
• Participate in on-site campaign production and creative execution when required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency, with experience leading creative projects or teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns, digital marketing, branding, and social-first creative work.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, integrated marketing communications (IMC), campaign development, and brand communication.
• Excellent visual design skills with strong knowledge of typography, layout, branding, and creative direction.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics, Figma, or AI-powered creative tools is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Passionate about creativity, innovation, popular culture, and emerging advertising trends.
• Comfortable working on-location for photo and video productions.
• Native Thai communication skills with good English proficiency.

• Developing innovative visual concepts and creative directions for advertising campaigns across all media channels including digital, print, broadcast, and out-of-home advertising.
• Leading brainstorming sessions and creative workshops with cross-functional teams to generate breakthrough ideas and solutions.

• Advanced proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with prototyping and motion design tools.
• Deep understanding of visual design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire creative teams, with experience in mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate strategic briefs into compelling visual solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts persuasively to both internal teams and clients.
• Experience in art directing across multiple disciplines including digital, print, video, and experiential marketing.
