• Coordinate between the Sales and Accounting teams, including following up on required information and supporting documents.
• Support the Sales team in preparing sales-related information and documentation, including invoices, billing documents, and other supporting documents.
• Prepare invoices & receipts and submit billing documents through designated customer billing systems or portals.
• Coordinate with the Accounting team and follow up on transactions and documentation related to sales activities.
• Prepare and consolidate reports, ensuring that information and documents are accurate, complete, and well organized.
• Collect, verify, and summarize employee leave records of all types and submit the information to the Payroll team for salary calculation and applicable deductions.
• Coordinate with HR/Payroll regarding employee leave information and related matters.
• Communicate with employees regarding inquiries or clarification of their leave records.
• Follow up with relevant parties to resolve discrepancies, missing information, or documentation issues.
• Perform other support duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Accounting Coordination, or Administration.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and the ability to quickly learn and understand business processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Accounting, Payroll, HR, and other teams.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• A fast learner with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills, with the ability to take ownership of tasks through completion.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Fluent Thai communication with good command in English.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and eagerness to grow are welcome to apply.
