• Checking an E-mail communication by daily for the notfication for import and export spare part from Repair and Overhaul and Technical Purchasing team including with freight forwarder and agent handling for processing in the next step to complete the job and be ensure to understand for all details before process.
• Plan and follow up all import and export shipment with agent, freight carriers to get on time as per maintenance request both schedule and unschedule including with urgent, MEL and AOG request. Prepare all spare part request to delivery the MRO once the AC do maintenance check at oversea MRO.
• Coordinate and report to supverisor and concerned person in closely for problem solving in quickly once the import and export shipment stuck and have to report to manager if cannot find the solution.
• To be ensure weight,dimension, packing and spare part are correctly posted with correct charges are applied and the shipment clerance transfer to store area in good condition with completed customs documents.
• Have to update information for import and export shipment on Amasis in daily basis for shipping detail for all orders after do customs clearance and received the document from agent handling, freight carriers.
• Be carefully for high value part such Engine, APU, Landing Gear and all specific DG part do in proper packing and loading as per manufacturer shipping instruction and follow to regulation before sending out for avoding of spare part damaged that will effected with high cost happen and delay in import and export.
• Generate shipping documents and shipping invoice for all outgoing shipments and determine weight and contact agent handling and freight carriers for flight booking.
• Operate job function to meet standard requirement from any regulations concerned and carrier out under update SOP.
• Prepare and provide the report as per supervisor and manager need for import and export work.
• Delivery shipments to the freight carriers and agent handling under appointment in time to perform customs and boarding.
• Checking and keep record and update for all control list and certificate and all Import and Export data as necessary documents after work completed and scan to the folder for proving once internal and external audit request.
• Determine and calculate of customs clearance charges for Import and Export shipment, considering its classification and value.
• Be aware of enforce safety regulations, customs regulation upate including with local and external regulations to concern with Import and Export process and supervise the Import and Export team to understand and follow to meet standard requirment.
• To be ensure the transaction of Amasis and shipping program from agent and customs system will be up to date for avoiding of shipment delay and struck.
• Carry out all concerned duties regarding Quality, safety and Security requirement by the company and must be passed for all audits.
