• Work as a team member who understands/interprets technical problems and provides technical support.
• Solve assigned problems under guidance of more senior engineers.
• Design, modify and implement systems that meet customer and Celestica needs. e.g. creation of Schematics, Bills of material, diagrams, drawings, etc.
• Keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge and regulations.
• Liaison with suppliers, customers, contractors, and other internal teams.
• Analyse and interpret data and information.
• Recommend modifications for systems.
• Create reports and documentation.
• Knowledge/Skills/Competencies.
• Experience with Hardware development and testing with Embedded HW, FPGA, High Speed Ethernet, Chassis, Power, Regulatory, and DFT.
• Experience with bench level testing and test equipment including high speed oscilloscopes, Network analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and network pattern generators..
• Experience developing Software for hardware test automation with development tools such as C/C++, Python, TCL/TK, LabVIEW, and PERL..
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive..
• Typical Experience.
• 0-3 years of hands-on practical and relevant work experience.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Typical Education.
• Engineering Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work-related experience.
