• Developing and maintaining data, data structure - reorganizing data in a readable format in app tagging and customer database.
• Acquiring data from multiple data sources and maintaining databases.
• Working with PO, Engineers, to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, data governance strategies.
• Developing and implementing data collection and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, information technology, statistics.
• Strong technical skills are essential as is knowledge of, and certification in, the relevant computer language (this might be Oracle, Microsoft SQL, Python, etc.).
• App Analytic skills and reporting (App behaviors, Customer journey, Funnel, Segmentation).
• Familiarity with Analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase, Adobe Analytics, Google big query, Tableau, Power BI).
• Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude and has Strong organizational and leadership skill.
• Experience with data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation is a plus.

• Assist in the execution of product strategies and ensure efficient operational processes across the product lifecycle.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement operational processes to enhance product efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and alignment on product goals.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including process workflows, user guides, and training materials.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and users regarding product-related queries and issues.
• Assist in planning and coordinating product launches, updates, and ongoing support activities.
• Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a similar role in the IT sector, preferably fast-pace start up. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, e.g. Google Sheet, MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in Thai is a must, with sufficient working communication in English (minimally read/ write and passive verbal communication).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to cope with a fast-paced startup environment.
