- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 8+ years of project management experience, ideally in data center or critical infrastructure environments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects with mechanical and electrical complexity.
- PMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of tools like MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD/Revit, and BIM.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with hyperscale or colocation data centers.
- Understanding of IT, networking, and cabling requirements in data centers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

- Field Supervision - Direct and supervise mechanical crews, contractors, and technicians on-site for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
- Design Review & Understanding - Interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and engineering plans to ensure proper installation and compliance with design intent.
- Quality Inspections - Conduct comprehensive on-site inspections of mechanical work including systems testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
- Regulatory Compliance - Ensure all work meets local building codes, mechanical codes, fire codes, and environmental regulations.
- Permit Coordination - Interface with local authorities, building departments, and inspection agencies for permit approvals and regulatory inspections.
- Progress Reporting - Prepare detailed progress reports, inspection reports, and status updates for project management and clients.
- Safety Management - Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance on mechanical work areas.
- Problem Resolution - Identify and resolve mechanical system issues, design conflicts, and installation challenges in real-time.

- Client Interface - Communicate with building owners, facility managers, and end users regarding mechanical systems operation.
- Experience - Minimum 5+ years mechanical supervision experience in commercial, industrial (Manufacturing/Clean Lab), or institutional projects (DC is a plus point).
- Technical Knowledge - Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems design and installation//Commissioning Experience is preferred.
- Regulatory Expertise - Thorough knowledge of local mechanical codes, building codes, and inspection requirements.
- Reporting Skills - Proven ability to prepare clear, detailed reports for various stakeholders.
- Inspection Experience - Experience conducting field inspections and quality control activities.
- Leadership - Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and manage multiple mechanical contractors.
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical education.
- Associate Engineer License (at minimum).
