• Bachelor's degree in design, architecture, or anything related.
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in events, exhibitions, or similar work.
• Proficiency in 3D Max, SketchUp, Vray, Corona, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knows how to work with materials, building techniques, and event setups.
• Full of ideas and can build on creative briefs from the team.
• Enjoys teamwork, stays sharp, and always takes responsibility.
• Always ready to learn and grow.
• Can communicate in English is a plus.

• Will utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.
• Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values.
• Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.
• Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.
• Co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'.
• Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.
• Participate as "one team", supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales.
• Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.
• Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed.
• Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating (i.e. selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out).
• Key requirement.
• An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling!).
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling technique.
• Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Empathy, solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Need work for three days a week at least, including weekend.
