• Design 2D visuals for packaging, posters, standees, shelf talkers, etc.
• Create 3D mock-ups and renders of POSM displays using 3ds Max.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop concepts from brief to final artwork.
• Ensure brand guidelines and marketing goals are met in all designs.
• Prepare files for production with high accuracy.
• 5 years of design experience (POSM experience required).
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficient in 3ds Max (V-Ray a plus).
• Understanding of retail environments and consumer engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience with event or brand activation projects.
• Basic knowledge of short video/motion graphics.
• Familiarity with production processes and materials for POSM.
