About the role

Looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Manager to lead and support restaurant technology across corporate offices, restaurants, and central kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

Manage the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity

• Oversee Microsoft 365

• Support POS systems, restaurant technology, and day-to-day operations

• Manage IT vendors, software licences, hardware procurement, and system maintenance

• Ensure data security, backups, and business continuity

• Lead IT projects and recommend technology improvements to enhance operational efficiency

• Provide timely technical support to both office and restaurant teams

About you

• 5+ years as an IT Manager or Senior IT professional within the restaurant, hospitality, or multi-site retail industry

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and management

• Experience supporting POS systems, networking, cloud services, and IT infrastructure

• Highly organised with excellent project management and documentation skills

• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, service-oriented mindset

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across departments
