• Oversee Microsoft 365.
• Support POS systems, restaurant technology, and day-to-day operations.
• Manage IT vendors, software licences, hardware procurement, and system maintenance.
• Ensure data security, backups, and business continuity.
• Lead IT projects and recommend technology improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide timely technical support to both office and restaurant teams.
• About you.
• 5+ years as an IT Manager or Senior IT professional within the restaurant, hospitality, or multi-site retail industry.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and management.
• Experience supporting POS systems, networking, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
• Highly organised with excellent project management and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across departments.
