Job Summary
  • Design and Implement HR Business Process
  • Use new technology to support HR Process
  • Support other system to integrate with HR system

Job Description
  • Communicate with business partners, relevant departments or any others as assigned to determine HRIS needs.
  • Maintain and update business data requirements and transform to system document, dataflow.
  • Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
  • Performing statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and compiling data analysis reports
  • Ensuring the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics.
  • Performing audits on HR processes and documents
  • Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS.

Qualification
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HRIS.
  • Ability to collaborate, gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM is preferable.
  • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.
  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis.
  • Good in interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command in English.
