Job Description
- Collaborate with leadership to define and articulate the company's core values, mission, and vision.
- Develop strategies and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive corporate culture.
- Design and execute programs to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall well-being.
- Conduct regular surveys and assessments to measure employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to managers and leaders on how to reinforce and embody the company's culture and mentor employees at all levels to understand and embrace the organization's cultural principles.
- Plan and organize events that celebrate company milestones, values, and achievements.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the company's culture and engagement efforts.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Social Science or a related field.
- At least 8 years' experience in organizational culture development, employee engagement, or a related role.
- Strong passion for and understanding of organizational behavior, psychology and change management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey cultural values through various mediums.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging programs and activities
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
