Job Description
  • Grow Corporate & MICE revenue through proactive prospecting, account development, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop new segments (industrial estates, aviation/logistics, education, agencies, and MICE planners).
  • Lead the full sales cycle: RFP handling, negotiation, contracting, and conversion to confirmed business.
  • Work closely with Revenue, Events, and Marketing to optimize rate strategy, production, and pipeline performance.
  • Represent the hotel in client events, networking, and industry activities to strengthen market presence and demand generation

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of success in hotel sales (Corporate and/or MICE preferred).
  • Proven ability to build pipelines, convert leads, and grow accounts with strong relationship management.
  • Excellent communicator in Thai and English, able to engage effectively with diverse clients.
  • Confident in negotiation, presentations, and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to support business needs (evenings/weekends/holidays when required by events).
