Job Description
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events in collaboration with Sales, F&B, Culinary, and Operations teams.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients throughout the planning and execution stages.
  • Conduct detailed site inspections, pre-event meetings, and post-event evaluations.
  • Ensure timely communication, accurate documentation, and seamless handover to all departments.
  • Anticipate potential issues and resolve them professionally and calmly.
  • Continuously improve service standards, operational processes, and guest satisfaction.
  • Embrace flexibility in adapting to guest needs, last-minute changes, or high-pressure situations.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in event planning or catering operations in a hotel or resort environment (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to turn challenges into opportunities and maintain grace under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Hyper-collaborative mindset with a passion for cross-departmental teamwork.
  • Positive energy, professional demeanor, and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
