Job Purpose

Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations to maximize revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team engagement while maintaining exceptional service standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Food & Beverage strategy, budget, forecasts, and promotional plans to achieve financial and operational goals.

Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, including Restaurants, Bars, Banquets, Room Service, Stewarding, and Kitchen.

Drive revenue growth through innovative dining concepts, events, menu development, and effective cost control.

Ensure outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high-quality food, beverage, and service standards.

Lead, coach, develop, and inspire the F&B leadership team, including recruitment, performance management, and talent development.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef and department leaders on menu planning, pricing strategies, and operational improvements.

Monitor business performance, prepare management reports, and recommend strategies to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and company standards while fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 8–10 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within an upscale or luxury hotel.

Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills with the ability to build high-performing teams.

Proven experience in managing multiple F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and stewarding.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue management, and profitability analysis.

Excellent knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and current hospitality trends.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Guest-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and luxury hospitality experiences.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel POS/PMS systems.

Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by business operations.
