• Oversee the finance and accounting department of 1 operating property (Novotel Bangkok Future Park Rangsit) and prepare the opening and launching of a resort property which is due to open in Q1 - 2026 under the MGallery brand.
• Work closely with the operation departments, sales and revenue team in preparation and management of the department’s budget and financial forecasts.
• Lead and conduct monthly P&L performance meetings and suggest performance improvements.
• Liaise with the owning company in regards to financial statement, balance sheets and audits.
• Position is based in Bangkok at Novotel Bangkok Future Park Rangsit.

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Director of Finance in an international brand.
• Excellent managerial, leadership and analytical skills.
• Strong in back-office systems (Sun, opera) and required MS office software.
• Detail oriented with good follow up and coaching skills.
• Confident in cost of sales and related food and beverage performance analysis.
• Pre-opening experience would be an advantage
