M&A Advisory Co., Ltd., is a Thai-Japanese joint venture company providing business support services to clients, mainly Japanese SME operating in Thailand.  Our services inculde assisting clients in establishing their buisness in Thailand, obtaining required permits and certificates as well as coordinating in acquiring legal support for business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate communication between clients and government offices.
• Prepare and review documents needed for various applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized records of all communications, documents, and interactions with clients and government offices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues or concerns raised.
• Utilize basic computer skills to create, edit, and format documents required for submission.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and government authorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Able to communicate in both Thai and English.
• Have basic computer skills for document preparation.
