มาตราฐานสูงเกินไป มีเงินพิเศษให้ แต่หักทุกอย่าง รับฟังลูกค้า ลูกบ้านมากกว่าพนักงานตนเอง ทั้งที่ผิดกฎ ทั้งที่พนักงานที่ถูกร้องเรียนไม่ได้เป็นผู้กระทำ ให้ใบเตือนทั้งที่ไม่ผิด เหมือนแจกใบปลิว ส่วนคนทำรอยนวล สเขปงานแค่ไหน เพิ่มงานมากกว่านั้นทุกเดือน แต่เงินเดือนเท่าเดิม และหักเพิ่มไปอีก เอกสารส่งหลายรอบ ทำซ้ำหลายครั้ง มันเสียเวลาบริการงานลูกบ้าน แล้วลูกบ้านส่วนใหญ่ไม่ฟัง และทำตามกฎ ไม่ถูกใจก็ร้องเรียน แล้วจะมีกฎไว้ทำไม
