Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities
- Analyze, plan, direct and monitor acquisition plan and activities of sales team to achieve established targets
- Formulate business development strategies for existing and potential customers within assigned region to ensure long-term success
- Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
- Lead team towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
- Coach team on customer engagement skill, sales techniques, standard procedure that will help team achieve their targets
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions with speed
- Evaluate performance and salesforce productivities using key metrics and address issues to improve it
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Pharmacist/ Food Science /Nurse or other science will be only considerable (since RB product are Medical product)
- 5 – 7 years experiences in Medical Channel Sales Representative or Specialist.
- 3 years experiences in Sale Team Management
- Proven experience with strong performance in hospital sales channel
- Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
