About the role
Your responsibilities
The Assistant SFE Manager will be responsible for driving the productivity and efficiency of the field sales team. You will leverage the Veeva CRM ecosystem to design territories, set KPIs, and provide actionable insights that help our medical representatives maximize their impact within hospitals and clinics.
CRM Strategy & Veeva Administration
Veeva Master:
Serve as the functional lead for Veeva CRM, ensuring data integrity, managing "Cycle Plans," and optimizing the "Approved Email" and "CLM" (Closed Loop Marketing) modules.
Alignment & Targeting: Manage territory alignments within Veeva to ensure sales reps are assigned to the correct hospitals and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
Digital Integration: Track how reps use digital sales aids during hospital calls to measure engagement levels.
Sales Productivity & KPIs
Targeting & Segmentation:
Categorize HCPs (A, B, C tiers) based on potential and prescribing behavior to optimize call frequency.
Incentive Management:
Assist in designing and calculating Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) based on performance data and territory goals.
Call Plan Monitoring:
Analyze "Call Reporting" to ensure reps are meeting their frequency targets for high-priority hospital accounts.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Dashboard Creation:
Build and maintain automated reports that visualize sales performance vs. targets.
Hospital Channel Insights:
Analyze hospital procurement data and formulary listings to identify growth opportunities.
Sizing & Mapping:
Conduct periodic sales force sizing exercises to ensure the team is structured correctly for current market demands
The experience we're looking for
- Experiences
3–5 years in SFE, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Ops within Pharma/MedTech. - System Expertise
Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM (Vault/Crm) is mandatory. - Channel Knowledge
Deep understanding of the Hospital Channel (Formularies, Tenders, HCP Segmentation). - Technical Skills
Advanced Excel (Pivot, PowerQuery); experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) is a plus. - Communication
Ability to translate complex data into simple "Next Steps" for Sales Directors and Reps.
